Run, Hide & Fight! - Public Shooting Survival Information

Two shootings within a month's time - Colorado and now, New York City.  In the mist of all of this chaotic behavior, I find it hard to go out and truly enjoy myself at times.

One of my friends on Twitter posted a link to a video that I feel as though everyone, not just school administration, should see.  Even in the school system, we watched videos to ensure we knew how to handle an armed intruder.  Protect yourself and learn what to do should you be facing danger by remembering to RUN, HIDE & FIGHT!

Every situation will never be ideal.  There will always be some things you just won't be able to do, but equip yourself with knowledge so that you can do know your options.  Empower yourself to survive!
