This Paleo Diet has been a journey! I am thoroughly enjoying it thus far, considering how hard I thought it would be to forsake grains, dairy and processed foods (mmm, Reeses!). I won't lie, at times I do miss rice and pasta... or even a cup of yogurt, but my body thanks me immensely! You know that belly pouch that you can't really get rid of, no matter what you do ... well, mine is dwindling. Experts refer to that area as the "dairy" pouch, and since I haven't had dairy in
two weeks 12 days, I am starting to see the place where my abs reside. SCOREEEEE!
