Fashion: Neon

 I was immediately drawn to this blouse not simply because of the color, but because of the construction - the cutouts, the lightweight fabric and the oversized yet fitted feel it has.  Undeniably one of my favorite shirts right now.  How can you not love summer in this blouse?
